Throughout the 8 weeks I managed to lose a stone & 26 inches, change my habits and get my ass moving more! I work 14 hour days 4+ days a week and only manage about 3000 steps on those days and there isn't any way of upping them but I went on more walks than I ever have on my days off and with your podcasts I'm really enjoying them and will keep that habit up forever! My mum even noticed how much weight I've lost and after I explained it all to her she's finally given up with slimming world and is coming out walking with me and counting calories. I'm so excited to carry all of this on and become a better version of myself with a better relationship with food & exercise! & if I can't quite manage it I'll see you at project 6
