I joined Project X 2.0 from the around beginning of Melbourne lockdown (aka the longest lockdown globally), went straight onto PX4 and now Px5.
Its been 7 months and now ours is lifting, but I havent been able to go to a gym since March. Our time outside got cut to an hour only (for a few months) We had curfews too (for a few months). All of this was over Autumn and Winter.
Project X has kept me plodding along, now even though I havent got "sick results", I have got results, I dont binge eat, I track my calories and get my #neatup247. I've lost kilos and kept them off. The scales aren't my enemy. Yes I could have done more, and done it faster, but it took 5 years for the kilos to pile on so I'm happy taking my time to get them off. I use body weight workouts and only recently got resistance bands.
So to all the folks worrying about the lockdown, they will absolutely be fine!
Yes it sucks but its not forever.
