I’ve followed you and James for ages now and love love love your content. It’s taught me so much. What I realised from 2.0 is I actually do better from training either with a team or 1-1. Project 2.0 got me to move so much more and I was averaging 15-17k steps a day. My goals were to come out of lock down better than I went in and I believe I have. I now squat heavier than ever and feel more confident in my skin. Thank you for what project x 2.0 gave me which was a community of guys I now have an friends, learning to be accountable to myself, move more and more again and that I work better in a group atmosphere when working out. Thank you for your help with this. When I started 2.0 I had 2 photo shoots booked. One gym and one personal. The gym one means so much to me as I did it with my mum. I felt fab and once she’s had her surgery on Monday and recovered we getting her #neatup24/7 and back to the gym. She going to be one healthy 70 year old.
