I am deeply grateful for the Project X!! For what you put into it and what I got out of it. It has really educated me, given me a framework and structure at a really challenging time, helped me develop a beautiful new habit (hello 10,000 steps around Stokey every morning) but most importantly given me the confidence to implement the knowledge I have gained moving forward, particularly now I understand much more about my challenges and the obstacles I put in my way. I also feel stronger physically and emotionally 🙂 The rest of the group were lovely and the team spirit was great. The weekly check in's and Q&A's were fun and informative. You have an amazing energy and the desire you have to truly support people and help them do the best that they can do really shines through. I found some of the experiences you shared about your fitness journey to be particularly helpful (how long you had to count calories for specifically). Project X helped me realise that consistency, accountability are key, but that it is progress not perfection I am aiming for and to have compassion for myself when I didn't do as well as I wanted, but fire in my belly to try and get it right the next day. Overall, this experience has been such a blessing and I am truly grateful that you took the time to respond to me personally to encourage me to join when I was feeling nervous and reticent. That was the push I needed and I will remain very grateful!!
