It's really hard to find the right words to explain how grateful I am for you and Project X. The launch of this 8 week program came at a time when I was really struggling and overwhelmed in the sea of free HIIT workouts in lockdown and wanting to eat everything in sight. The program gave me some focus on my workouts, accountability for my actions and most importantly it helped me maintain consistency throughout the 8 weeks. Through the weekly Q&As I've learnt that moving more is the key to success and as a result I've got my #NeatUp247 to a level that I can maintain with daily walks. The best part about project X is the fact that we check in daily which gives me the opportunity to form good and lasting habits. It's even helped me not go off the rails when enjoying events like birthdays. Overall I've dropped 7kg and over 30cm from my body and I look forward to completing the next phase of Project X and seeing what I can achieve with the support of yourself and the rest of the members.
