I joined Project X because even though I had lost some weight and kind of knew what I needed to do I had lost motivation, was slowly falling back into bad habits and wasn’t that great at tracking. Being accountable to Diren really helped keep me on track, having to be accountable everyday for my calories, steps, training and sleep made me very mindful about my daily habits. I have really enjoyed the experience of Project X and I have gained a lot of knowledge and tools that I can take away and know I will be doing a better job than I as before. It didn’t just change my nutrition and fitness but it massively helped with my mindset and mental health also, which was mostly what I needed and especially a much needed focus during lockdown. The weekly zoom calls and live Q&A’s with Diren were fun and definitely kept me going and probably what I am going to miss the most!! Since finishing Project X I have kept on track and definitely have more control than I had before I started, this is the longest I have ever stuck to anything in my entire life!! I lost 10lbs and 15 inches all together over the eight weeks and finally fit back into my old clothes comfortably which was my goal!! Thank you Diren.
