in’s really was the best thing for me as I do have a tendency to talk myself out regular training sessions and being constant with my calorie deficit. Well not anymore!! 8 weeks on continuous logging, check in’s and trading 3-4 times a week (5 for that bloody challenge) And I feel absolutely amazing!! I’ve lost 11.7lbs and 13.5 inches, my energy levels have been so much better especially because I’m menopausal. I’ve not touched alcohol for 13 weeks as I stopped just before I joined up and to be honest I’ve not missed it as I’ve found non alcoholic alternatives which are really no different to the real thing!!!
Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be back to join another one of your groups in the future but for now I’m going to try and keep being accountable and lose the last 14lbs to get to my goal

Iv lost over 3kg and 13 Cm from my waist.
8 weeks was never going to be enough time to get where I want to be! But it’s got me on the right track and I wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for Projectx. Keep doing what your doing, your helping a lot of people as the results show for themselves.
After finishing Project X 2.0 I have lost a total of 13Kg and 4 inches off my waist. The project provided me with exactly what I already knew and read (a calorie deficit and higher levels of NEAT would equal fat loss) but I never held myself accountable for not doing it. Whilst on the project I never felt accountable to Diren but finally myself. I was so much more aware of my calorie intake and activity levels. I was apprehensive with trying to be successful whilst on lockdown but it didn’t factor in at all and the exercise routines were the smallest part of it all for me, They fitted in around my schedule. I wholeheartedly believe that holding myself accountable to my own calorie intake and NEAT levels made the primary difference and I owe that to the project.
I am now looking forward to proving to myself that I can do it without the support of Diren and the Project.
The workouts were great for me to follow. The community that was formed between other members was the support I never knew I needed.

Slightly apprehensive at the start, Project X has given me the tools to be accountable in so much as getting my 10K steps everyday, doing my programme 3 times a week and tracking my calories. There’s been no crazy diet, no powders, no juices, no bullshit. Just workout and being consistent. During Project X, Diren has provided great check ins via FB and Zoom to ensure we remain on track and answer any questions that we might have.With being held to account for 8 weeks I’ve lost over 7KG.

Project X helped me unlearn bad habits and shed the unwanted quarantine weight quickly with great support and radical accountability. Now I'm back to a good weight with even better habits. Project X showed me just how inactive I was on a day to day basis, even when the gyms were open. I went from averaging 3-6 thousand steps to hitting at least 10k a day but usually more than that. I'm not new to the fitness scene by any means but Coach Kartal was a life saver during this time; I'd hate to see where I'd be without him and Project X.
I not only got rid of the unwanted weight and found a comfortable lifestyle where I look forward to getting my NEATUP in but I found a second family in fellow participants. If you're on the fence about starting Project X, just trust me and do it. You won't regret a single thing about it. Project X equips you with the tools to succeed far past the eight weeks.
I’ve had a tough few years and as a result of which lost quite a bit of weight through not eating and lost my way with exercise, so for me this programme wasn’t about weight loss (although a couple of lb and a few inches isn’t a bad thing) but about getting stronger, learning the basics about what I need to do, having a focus and gaining the confidence around exercise. Project X did exactly that!!
Even when work and long hours got in the way and I hadn’t been able to fit everything in there was no stress as I know what Diren put in place works so it was so easy to pick it all back up, I found it was more of a way of life rather than feeling like I was doing an exercise programme.
Accountability was key and the tools you have available from this project are amazing for the price!
So just wanna say a massive thanks!!! Diren you’re the nuts, your energy in the lives, how excited you got when we did well and how annoyed you got if we slacked just go to show how passionate you are about your clients and it really makes a difference.
Diren is very funny but then serious when needed. He won't take any nonsense excuses but he will care about your progress and results. Diren is open, honest, knowledgable and approachable as a coach...as well as being incredibly pleasant to look at!!
I have gone from 12st 5lb to 10st 12lb in eight weeks! I feel much more comfortable in myself, stronger and a lot better than I did at the start of Project X 1.0. I didn't think that I would enjoy and use the competative side of the project as much as I have but once I made it into the Top 10 on the leaderboards...I wasn't leaving!
The daily accountability via the check-in form has been brilliant for me - I have never wanted to let myself, Diren or the group members down and it has really made me think about what I eat and how much I move every day.

I’ve always been into fitness my whole life but came to Diren for the accountability side. He took me from hitting around 4K steps a day to easily hitting 10-15K without even realising because it just became a habit we built up. He was on my case for the days I went off track with his straight talk approach but also by understanding what I was going through each day.
Thanks to Diren I can now easily adjust what I’m eating to move myself into either a calorie deficit or back to maintenance. He made tracking calories seem super simple and taught me to not feel guilty ever around food. I’ve learnt how to work my calories around my favourite foods and think any coach that can get you results whilst still allowing you your daily creme egg and many G&Ts is a keeper!

Diren really takes into consideration every little detail when designing a programme, encouraging dialogue and conversation in the process to ensure it is totally safe for you and sustainable. That being said, it never feels like you're talking to "a coach" rather you feel like you're talking to an old friend that you've known for years, he just makes you feel so comfortable and at ease and is so approachable.
Since training with Diren, I have far more confidence to go to the gym and bust out the programme without a care in the world for what other people think, which was a definite limiting factor for me before. I have embraced #neatup247 as an integral part of my life and now am averaging over 20k steps a day FOR FUN. I've dropped dress sizes, tried out new sports and activities and just generally become happier.

I feel very in control. In the first three weeks I was really trying to get into and could feel myself drifting off course some days but this week I have been consistent and I feel like I’ve nailed a routine that works for me. I love that you don’t expect people to be perfect all of the time but you seem to have unlocked something inside of me that makes me want do my best each day.
Your check ins really allow me to put everything into perspective and to work hard and focus more and I absolutely love that. Watching you work so hard and following your stories has definitely given me someone to look up to who I admire and makes me want to be better.

I signed up to project x when I was at my lowest and during Ramadan and it gave me the motivation that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. Exercising in the heat and when nil by mouth requires huge motivation but knowing I would be held accountable, encouraged me to get my #neatup and train. Lost 8lbs and an overall 5cm - Project X has truly helped with my mental health too. Thanks Diren!
The most important thing I have learned and will take away from the last 8 weeks is this... I am bad ass!!! Even though I didn’t see the progress I wanted and the progress I did see was slow I stuck at it and didn’t let it deter me from my goal - consistency is key! I will get there!
Lastly I just want to say thank you! This is by far the best accountability program I know of. Your knowledge and honestly is on point, you are an amazing motivator and your energy is infectious. The community you have created has been an absolute game changer and I am walking away from this with new friends (including you I hope) who I know will always keep me accountable and be there for me when I need them. It’s been an experience.
I used the calorie calculator to work out my target and I used the member leaderboards to motivate me to up my NEAT. In the 8 weeks I have smashed my weight goal (lost over 8kg), have regained a wardrobe of clothes I feel comfortable wearing, and feel all round healthier.

This is where Diren comes in, the daily check in forms and twice weekly catch ups have helped me to finally remain consistent, track and work out, as well as losing 5kg and 45cm so far.

You’ve kept me motivated, grounded and encouraged me, this is what I needed, a kind word here and there and a straight talking too when required. The what’s app group helped no end too, with lockdown I was steadying to binge and feel awful but you’ve put a stop to that, I am going to continue with you, not sure if it’s going to be project x 3.0 or lifestyle.
